         I saw a video last month . It was about a litlle girl was neglected from her mother.  The police found

 the girl in the street twice  on the week . The cap  investigate in the issue  and the mother said "it was

an accident"   Qonsequently, the police charged mother 1000 $.  In the next week , the girl was found again

in the same place.  Certainly, it is not an accident but it is case  of chid neglect .  The next time the

punishment  was the police took a child and give it  for  her sister to live with her.
